Mt. Kurofuyama

Mt. Kurofuyama is a mountain at an altitude of XNUM x m, the highest peak of Mt. Asamayama, located in Tsumagoi-mura, Gunma Prefecture and Komoro City, Nagano Prefecture. It is said that Mt. Among these debris avalanches, the former toward the north is derived from the area where it passed, and the latter is referred to as the Tsukahara clay avalanche and so on. Although the activity continued after the fall of the mountain body, it is thought that it had ended its activity as the Kuroma volcano around 2 10,000 3000 years ago. The "Cherry Park Line" road passes on the west slope, and there is a car park on the XNUM km west of the summit. On the Takamine plateau next to the west side across the car hill, there is a ski area of ​​Asama 2 Park. The Serpent River, which is a tributary of the Chikuma River, and the Osawa River, which is a tributary of the Azuma River, and a mountain at the head of Kobuzawa. As seen from the Gunma prefecture side, it is also called "Mitsuone = Mitsune" on the Kamishu side (Torokoi village), because it looks like a mountain with a long three-way ridge. Between the Mt. Kurofuyama and Mt. Maekake which is the second outskirts mountain, there is a crater field where the tall trees called "Tai-no-hira" are not grown. There are many climbers who climb Mt. Kurofuyama to look at Mt. Asamayama, and the mountain trails are well maintained and easy to walk. Mt. Asamayama occasionally blew off volcanic gas, so climbing is sometimes prohibited, and in such a case, many climb Mt. Kurofuyama as a substitute for Mt. Asamayama. It has been selected as one of the 100 most famous mountains of flowers, and Sumie Tanaka introduced alpine plants such as Himeshajin in his book. Between Mt. Asamayama, there is Yunohira which is rich in alpine plants.
